His professional journey is anchored by a significant 15-year tenure in Dubai, a leading global financial hub. During this time, Hareen held pivotal senior executive positions at the largest bank in the MENA region, culminating in roles as Assistant Vice President and, prior to that, Director of Business Banking.

In these capacities, he was responsible for overseeing complex corporate lending portfolios, structuring high-value financial solutions, and leading teams to deliver strategic outcomes for a diverse international clientele.

This experience provided him with an insider’s understanding of credit risk management, debt structuring, and high-level negotiation from the lender’s perspective—an invaluable advantage for his clients today.
